When you take out the non-food food and replace it with real food, you can stop over-analysing how much you eat and when you eat. Yes, quantities still matter to some degree, but you can throw off the shackles of calorie counting and denial… and just eat. Peacefully. Healthfully. Robustly. With joy and pleasure as it’s supposed to be.
