Kickstart your fitness journey with our 21 Day Program
Our 21 Day Kickstart will help to prepare your body for Crossfit training, and allow you to experience the incredibly motivating environment that our community is famous for.
1)You will begin with our “Essential Movements Program” which is designed to give you a gradual and progressive step-by-step introduction to the Essential Movements, Methodology and Programming of Crossfit here at Iron Lion. The Essential Movements Program gives you 3 x small group coaching sessions with one of our qualified CrossFit Caloundra Coaches that will teach you how to move safely & effectively for your fitness level.
2. During the first EMP session you will also receive a full movement and postural analysis. We will use this analysis to determine any mobility or stability issues, and give you a plan to implement for those areas for the 21 days.
3. From there you will have full access to our classes for the remainder of the 21 Days.
4. You will also be given access to our Kickstart online program, where you will learn and implement the key basics of good Nutrition, Sleep and Recovery.
