To truly follow through on achieving our goals we need coaches and friends to guide, motivate and support us. Without it, people don’t stay accountable to the journey and they give up. Luke Steiger

Luke Steiger

Co-Owner/Head Coach
Luke has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2006 in Australia and Europe, and has been a Certified Crossfit Coach since 2011. He currently holds a Crossfit Level 2, Cert 3 & 4 in Personal Training and is a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach.
Blair Megson

Co-owner/Head Coach
Blair has worked in the health and fitness industry and been a Certified Crossfit Coach since 2011. He currently holds a Crossfit Level 2, Cert 3 & 4 in Personal Training and is a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach and a degree in Exercise Science.
Jill Lowry

Jill Lowry

Senior Coach
Jill has worked in the health and fitness industry and been a Certified Crossfit Coach since 2017. She currently holds a Crossfit Level 1, Cert 3 & 4 in Personal Training is currently studying a degree in Occupational Therapy.
Ollie Cole

Ollie Cole

Coach
Our resident Gymnastic and Calesthenics expert! Ollie is our go to resource when it comes to the finer points of mastering handstands, or developing your bodyweight skills on the bars and rings.
Tanya Buchan

Tanya Buchan

Coach
As well as being an awesome Crossfit Coach, Tanya is also our gyms resident Physio. Her expertise on Injury rehab and knowledge of Crossfit makes her an invaluable asset in keeping all of our members pain free and training well.
