STRENGTH:

Single Arm Bent Over Rows (left arm)
Single Arm Bent Over Rows (right arm)
Overhead Tricep Extensions or Lying Tricep Extensions

50 Double Unders After Each Round
Directly Into…

Dumbbell Front Squats
50 Double Unders After Each Round

ATH:
100 single unders

ACT:
50 single unders

COOLDOWN:
As soon as you finish the workout and record your time go into
5 min recovery walk with Nasal breathing only
with a goal of getting to a 7 sec inhale / 7 sec exhale)
then into a
2 Min Couch stretch per side
