WARMUP:

Fwd/Bwd Run 10m/15m/20m
10 Glute Bridge with 5 sec hold at top
6 T-Push-ups
6 V-tucks

METCON:
AMRAP 20:
400m Run
2 Burpee Box Jumps (or Burpee Broad Jumps if no Box/Step)
next round 4 Burpee Box Jumps, then 6, 8 and so on……
Score is your highest round completed + extra reps

ACT:
200m Run
Burpee Box Step-ups

COOLDOWN:
1.Couch Stretch: 2 Minutes Each Side
2. Pike Stretch: 2 Minutes
3. Puppy Dog Pose: 1 Minute
4. Wall Facing Thoracic Stretch: Accumulate 1 Minute
5. Pigeon Pose: 2 Minutes Each Side
