STRENGTH:
EMOM for 15 mins
1: DB Kang Squat x 5 – 10 reps
2: DB Wall Sit – 60 secs
3: Rest

ATH:
DB wall sits x 45 secs

ACT:
Wall sit x 30-60 secs

Tabata: 20 secs work / 10 secs rest x 8 sets / 60 secs rest between each
