We have several structured protocols you can use to ensure you get maximum recovery benefit from your session.
Crossfit Iron Lion Members get access to our Recovery Centre for a sizeable discount.
*You do not have to be a member of Crossfit Iron Lion to utilise our Recovery Centre, but you must complete a health check and Recovery orientation before you can commence your first session.
